@financialombuds my BMW has been in garage for 4 weeks due to a recall. The hire car I have been given is no where near to the same specification as my car including fuel type. Bmw are refusing to give me a diesel which is now put me £120 out of pocket due to my high mileage.

@BMW_UK of being avoided if I was given a diesel. Numerous contact with BMW Head Office, Synter Dealership and Enterprise which have all given terrible customer service and not even tried to resolve the above issue. 2/3
