@ThreeUKSupport Been seeing this for the last week, leading me to believe it was an issue your end. Turns out my phone is faulty as I found out in store yesterday. Apparently there's *nothing* you can do and I have to send it back to Samsung. Really looking out for your customers I see.

I can't see how someone on the same network within half a mile of me would be connecting to a different mast? Why can't I connect to said mast when I've been offline for the last 5 days nearly?
@ThreeUKSupport I was told fixed by the 19th, however a friend of mine also on your network and currently half a mile from my house has 3 bars of 4G and I have nothing. I would love an explanation?
WiFi calling has failed me on every occasion that I have tried to use it. My phone may as well be a brick when I leave the house at the moment.
I'd love to know what my Β£50 odd monthly bill is going towards...
@ThreeUKSupport I have had no network service for the last 3 days solid, without a single message to explain anything. It took half an hour to be told there was an issue by online support, where I was then abandoned when I wanted to talk to customer service...
