Parcel delivery firm DPD have replaced their customer service chat with an AI robot thing. It’s utterly useless at answering any queries, and when asked, it happily produced a poem about how terrible they are as a company. It also swore at me. 😂

I can't believe this has to be pointed out: the reason cars are designed to crumple, rather than be indestructible, is to divert the energy of a crash around the cabin and protect the occupants.

If you crash in this thing, the car will be fine but YOU will shatter into pieces.
