A few other takeaways from NBA Free Agency: 76ers have a huge starting lineup with a strong defensive presence. They will be in the ECF 2020. Also, the Jazz improved their weakest positions by adding Conley and Bogdanovic. They will get past the first round next season. #KIN611

I liked what I saw in Stroops Fitness at @ideafit .In college track, I wish I did more resistance work, as you can do many of the same workouts you do at the gym, at home, with their high quality resistant bands while exercising your whole body. #IDEAFit611
