🚀 Double Tap in Dnipro: The Tactic of Serial Killers
Russians are repeatedly striking residential quarters in the city of Dnipro to kill those who came to help the injured civilians.
The "double tap" tactic, which Russia actively employs in Dnipro, Kharkiv, and Odesa, is a deliberate war crime borrowed from the world's most radical terrorist groups. Its goal is to maximize casualties among rescuers, medics, and police officers, and in this case, even among ordinary, caring citizens.
During World War II, the Nazi Luftwaffe occasionally used similar brutality, but even then, certain limits existed. Today, Russia has surpassed its ideological predecessors by making the killing of rescuers a part of its official strategy. As jurist Raphael Lemkin noted, genocide begins with the dehumanization of the victim, but in the case of Dnipro, we witness the dehumanization of the aggressor itself.
Херсонщина віддала останню шану відважному Герою, який повернувся з фронту на щиті.

The russian war destroys generations of Ukrainians. 4 yrs ago, the occupiers missile strike killed baby Kira, her mom Valeria, and granny Lyudmyla in their home in Odesa. Kira's dad Yuriy joined the army and fell in action in Nov 2023. I will never forget the Hlodan family.

A massive Russian attack on Dnipro killed two people an injured 21, including a 9-year-old boy. People may still be trapped under the debris.
The attack lasted more than 10 hours and involved both drones and missiles.
Such horror.
Forty years ago, the world faced one of the largest nuclear disasters – the fourth reactor of the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant exploded. A significant amount of radioactive material was released. Hundreds of thousands of people have been dealing with the consequences of that tragedy for years.
To contain the radiation, a sarcophagus was built over the destroyed reactor. Later, more than 40 countries enclosed it with the New Safe Confinement to prevent further disasters.
These two structures are what protect against radioactive releases and contamination. Their maintenance and protection are in everyone’s interest. But through its war, Russia is once again bringing the world to the brink of a man-made disaster – Russian-Iranian “shaheds” regularly fly over the plant, and one of them struck the confinement last year.
The world must not allow this nuclear terrorism to continue, and the best way is to force Russia to stop its reckless attacks.
We remember everyone who gave their lives while dealing with the aftermath of this tragedy. May all the victims of the Chornobyl disaster rest in peace.
