Overall I had loads of fun and it was such a great experience and atmosphere. Hopefully next steps are the European Championships and World Skate Games.

I scored 6 goals in total over the course of the weekend; 3 in one game, 2 in another then 1 in the final. The juniors worked hard together and did so well, they are looking to let us work with U17s and eventually to seniors as a team.

In two weeks, I am honoured to represent Scotland in the Quadrangular matches. Competing at national level requires discipline, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure — qualities that I continue to develop through experiences such as this.

While golf is largely an individual sport, playing in fourballs provided a valuable team dynamic and offered a brief but important change from the constant individual focus. It strengthened my communication skills and reminded me of the importance of teamwork
