10) Build relationships w all coaches you come into contact with! You NEVER know where a coach will be in a year or two. The last thing you want to do is burn a bridge trying to “big time” coaches.
11) No D1 or bust attitude! Playing college football ANYWHERE is a privilege💯
7) No one cares if you weren’t able to do x, y, or z you are what you show up to camp looking like.
8) Play well for YOUR school! 7on7 is AWESOME, but the vast majority schools need to see you do it in pads!
9) Be open to play any and EVERY position. More versatile = valuable
4) Research schools that fit your skill set and measurables. Not everyone is a power 5 guy and THATS OK!!!
5) Go to summer camps! One dream school and the rest schools that have players like you on their current roster
6) Show up to camp READY!
1) WORK!!! Strength & Conditioning, in the classroom, staying safe off the field.
2) Make sure you’re taking and getting B’s (at minimum) in the right classes!
3) Don’t worry about who’s getting offered, your journey is unique to you!
A thread:
Most frequently asked question from recruits and their parents.
“What do we need to do to get more exposure” (cringe every time I hear that word😐)
Details! @GillenDawson Taking time to feel the motion in his moves. Attacking the edge of the Post with an arsenal of moves. Get your moves right and you’ll stack up positive Reps‼️ Been hard at work and it’s coming together!
