@IndiGo6E We were having no time to collect our cell phone from Terminal 1 as we were having connecting flight to Amritsar from Delhi terminal 2.
@IndiGo6E kindly please help me how can I get my cell phone back and what will be the procedure.

@IndiGo6E My family and I were traveling from surat to delhi on 3rd july in flight No.6E6065 PNR No.Z1TT3E Seat No.24B
By mistake my grandmother left her cell phone in the airplane.
On reaching delhi we contacted the staff and come to know that the phone has been submitted in T1.

@ranjy1988 @IndiGo6E I was one of the passenger in the flight.This was the worst experience I had in my life.
Never experienced such turbulence in 20 years of my traveling
Everyone in the flight were afraid for a few minutes.
Though the pilots landed us safe back to amritsar

Thank you @SamsungIndia for repairing my phone(out of warranty) free of cost.
Though it took time to repair but I am very much satisfied with my #s20plus. I also hope people having same issue of display line should be repair immediately.

Customer care will do nothing.
You have to visit the center 2-4 times to get it repaired.
They do multiple checks and see minor to minor dents...but I was lucky that my phone didn't had any.
It almost took them 20 days to get confirmation.
