There’s no better way to hear from voters than at their front door.
I never take those conversations for granted. Thank you #HD30 for welcoming me onto your front porches and sharing what matters most to you. 💙
Aflways a good time to have some some custard! 🍦
Great visits knocking doors in Lee’s Summit today.
Folks are focused on real issues—affordable living, strong public schools, & fair tax plans.
When 90% of seniors would see a tax increase, we know we need a better path forward.
Listening matters. I’ll keep showing up. #HD30
Another great day in District 30 connecting with our community. 💙
I’m hearing it clearly:
✔️ Respect the will of the voters
✔️ Support public education & labor
✔️ Protect the initiative petition process
These conversations matter — & they’re shaping the path forward.

This is what engagement looks like:
200+ people showed up to listen, learn and step up.
There was real energy in the room - people asking questions, sharing ideas, and getting involved
That is how change starts.
What issues matter most to you right now?

I had a great day in Lee's Summit yesterday at the Shamrock The Block community event and then knocking doors to hear from those who live in District 30. Being in community is a wonderful thing and brings us closer together.

Today I filed to run for Missouri House District 30.
After 31 years serving in public education, leadership in my church congregation, & coaching all three of my kids’ youth teams, I’m ready to continue serving our community with practical, people-first leadership.

Today while knocking doors in Lee’s Summit, voters said Jeff City is out of touch. They want good jobs, affordable child care, funded public schools, access to health care, and help affording groceries—not tax breaks for the wealthy or political distractions.

Spent time today with voters in Lee’s Summit & HD 30. They raised concerns about public 💰 staying in public schools, respecting the will of voters, support for organized labor, & worry that ending the income tax could raise sales & property taxes. Listening matters.

Tonight I joined 100's of neighbors to demand change to ICE’s extreme practices costing lives—citizens & immigrants alike.
What stood out was the community support. If you’ve never protested before, don’t be nervous—go. You’ll find caring people and maybe friends & neighbors
Great night at the Jackson County Progressive Society social—met so many thoughtful people committed to strengthening our community.
Conversations like these remind me why I’m running for Missouri House District 30: to listen, collaborate, and put people first.

While knocking doors, I heard the same concern again & again: Republicans want to eliminate the income tax & replace it with a sales tax hike.
That’s a regressive tax that hits working families hardest while giving another break to the wealthy after last year’s capital gains cut.
I believe representation starts with listening. That’s why, as the Missouri legislative session begins, I’m knocking doors in Lee’s Summit and learning what matters most to our neighbors. I’m running for HD 30 to bring those voices to Jeff City. Donate at https://t.co/kE168cNtPt
Republicans cut capital gains taxes and now Missouri’s budget is strained—hurting schools, healthcare, first responders, and roads. HD-30 deserves better leadership. It’s time to hold them accountable and vote them out. —Kevin Grover, HD-30 https://t.co/4iUL326myB
This would not have been on my bingo card a couple of years ago. This action by the MO GOP clearly shows the need to break the supermajority in both the House and Senate! Join me as I work for Missourians to win House District 30. https://t.co/Y9Zy5IVnYK
Today I’m especially thankful for the people who make our community what it is — hardworking families, dedicated neighbors, and those who quietly show up for others every day. Wishing you a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Another clear example of how republicans in Missouri are trying to erode public schools and give even more tax payer dollars to private schools who can "choose" who gets to be their student.
Missouri's "school choice" MOScholars siphons millions from public schools through dollar‑for‑dollar tax credits. 90 %+ of "scholarships" flow to KC, STL & SGF, only 0.2 % support students with disabilities. Eligibility up to $173k for family of 4, yet rural and truly low‑income families see almost none of $. Learn more👉https://t.co/RZP67lL0ly @MASALeaders@MOASSP@moasbo@MSTA@MissouriNEA@MoAESP #moleg
