1/2 - NEWS: Earlier this month, PERB notified Crist Bros Orchards in Orange County, NY of a meeting scheduled for a PERB-supervised secret ballot election for its employees. A right the farm has been supportive of & advocating for since day one.

The first-ever secret ballot election under the NYS #FLFLPA took place recently at an Upstate family dairy farm. The election was supervised by PERB officials. Farmworkers voted against union representation 44-2.
