My vote? Sorting a drawer of old papers - assortment of hospital letters promising appointments. One took 4 . Another is 2 years old & we’re currently finding 5k for surgery for a very poorly daughter. 5 years to get an MRI for a functional illness that wasn’t. We’re in Wales 🤷‍♀️

@lj_professional @lufthansa They were advising people yesterday to rebook themselves. Daughter queued for 5 hours and then the staff went home. Booked a hotel and another flight and is on her way back to the airport now. Good luck 🤞

@lufthansa 5,5 hrs in the queue for the information desk and you’ve closed them and told passengers to find their own way. Chat or can’t find the booking. Same again tomorrow then. This doesn’t ease chaos. It causes it.
