We are closing our community account too. @TSB have made getting in touch ridiculously hard. No apologies for making us wait over an hour on their 0345 number. Online banking, telephone banking etc. Making customers chase after them instead vice versa. Rubbish https://t.co/F6yew0h7yS
Have decided to walk away from @TSB - Absolutely ridiculous waste of hours trying to resolve simple issues like updating ow online. Both branch and telephone have sapped our energy. We are closing accounts and looking elsewhere.
