@AxisBankSupport - The solution that you have provided is to reply on the PNO team's email. This is what I have been doing for 45+ days; and have responded more than 30+ emails. The PNO team keeps on asking me the same information, which I have provided many times.

Such an irresponsible attitude . I Placed an order I'd :97870649775 at 11.43 pm which showed delivering in 15 minutes for about an hour .when we tried reaching customer care , they told that they can't deliver at 12.54 pm .From where should we order now?
