@aerialovely My journal is more of a goal book with some daily affirmation and future vision stuff. I do not follow any popular format, I just go with what feels right for me at the moment :)
@TrishHannon When I was younger I often had that "voice" spinning through my head just beforeved time, often at cost of precious sleep time. Journaling helped to calm my thoughts and get better sleep ๐
@JoshuaD620 Absolutly. I do it twice a day. After waking up to adjust myself for the day and before going to bed so that I can reflect upon my day and prepare for the next one!
