#1 Product of the Day, #1 Product of the Week.
@kilocode recently launched for the 4th time on Product Hunt, introducing their new VS Code extension, and they are _crushing it._
I had the opportunity to work on this launch. Here's a breakdown of what we did and how to apply it to your launch.
First, the tagline. This might be the most important part of a launch. It's the first thing you see on the front page. Here, we highlighted the features, not the benefits.
Second, the visual assets. The image gallery is the first impression of your product. It sets expectations. We highlighted 3 images. No stock images, no marketing fluff. Just product screenshots.
Third, the first comment. Like the tagline and the visual assets, we kept the first comments simple. No looooooong background stories - the objective was to start the conversation. We upvoted and replied to every comment, curious about what the community thought of the release.
There's one more thing we experimented with for this launch: running a display ad campaign. The objective is to keep the momentum going.
To recap, how to apply this to your launch:
- Keep the tagline simple and relatable
- Show the product in your image gallery
- Engage with the community thoughtfully
That's it!

Launching Shadow today. It listens to your meetings and gets the work done before you hang up.

Think metrics pulled from your BI tools, slides created on the fly, proposals drafted, meetings scheduled, docs written, all while you're still talking.
The problem we kept hearing: people spend 20+ minutes after every call catching up on what they just promised. Multiply that by 5 calls a day and you lose a full working day every week to post-call busywork.
Shadow fixes that. It runs on your desktop, auto-detects meetings, and handles action items in real time. No bot joins the call. Nobody else knows it's there.
Currently supports Gmail, Google Calendar and Notion. Jira, Slack, Salesforce, and more coming next.
Would love brutal feedback from this crowd — especially on the architecture, the use cases we're missing, and whether this is a workflow you'd actually adopt.
We're live on Product Hunt today. 🚀

🌱Living UI📷 is a brand-new system that lets CraftBot build, import, or evolve custom apps/dashboards that live inside CraftBot itself. Best part is that CraftBot stays context-aware and can operate Living UI directly.

hot take :) The biggest and most productive people in the AI era are the folks who are already good at their jobs. AI as a multiplier, not an equalizer/democratizer
we decided to do something we’ll probably regret:
we’re live on product hunt today
10% off any plan. forever.
not for a month
not for a year
forever
but only if you grab it today
we didn’t do this the first time we launched
and honestly… people didn’t even get to try the product
it broke from the traffic
so the last few months have been spent rebuilding everything:
— faster agents
— no more broken threads
— better reliability across long workflows
— visibility into credits before you run things
basically… it finally works the way it should’ve
if you’ve been curious about orange slice, this is the best time to try it
code is on the product hunt page - expires tonight
would mean a lot if you checked it out + supported ❤️

I love hanging out on @ProductHunt + @Reddit! 🏆
I discover new products, connect with fellow founders, and give back to the community however I can. 🙏
Thrilled to see @hunteddotspace rank me as the #1 Product Hunter last month... leading by a HUGE margin!

Shoutout to @d4m1n for building the leaderboard. ✨
Hunted @databoxHQ on @ProductHunt today! 🥳
Most AI analysts rely on static or disconnected data. Genie felt different from my first chat with @zigapoto.
It connects live data (100+ integrations), builds dashboards & explains why metrics move, not just what changed. Show them some love ❤️
Social platforms love it when creators catch on to the trends.
@GlamAI_app nails this: it increases your "luck surface area" by guiding you to high-potential trends, letting AI handle the heavy lifting so you post more (and better).
Remember the Pareto principle? 20% drive 80% of results.
This tool stacks the odds in your favor, making it easier for creators to go viral. I endorse it... take a spin!
