An MT Scholar has been offered Tenure Track Professor positions in two universities in the U.S.
One day, they are asking for financial support, the next, they are becoming professors.
My heart is fully full.
Who’s cutting onions near me? 🥺🥺🥺
Congratulations Prof!
As an adult, make sure you are giving more than you are taking in every relationship: friends or family, personal or professional, online or not.
If you make this your goal, always, you will go further faster.

From O-1A to EB-1A
Very happy to help with this conversion.
Quick facts:
O-1A is "extraordinary ability" for non-immigrants meaning that you are unable to become a Permanent Resident through this route.
You need a job offer for this and also "peer consultation" letters are required.
EB-1A is "extraordinary ability" for immigrants i.e. it leads to the Green Card. No job offer needed and letters from experts are nice to have but not required.
The key thing for this client is that his nice job is no longer tied to his immigration status. He can get laid off tomorrow and still stay in the US for as long as he wants.
From a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) to Approved!
EB-1A Approval.
I remember when the client came to me for an EB-2 NIW appraisal and I recommended the EB-1A.
I like to push myself. They were skeptical but trusted the process. I am very grateful it has ended in praise.
