@hornsby_realtor Salaries for most are stagnant. House price has gone almost doubled since 2021. Not sure it is wise idea to pay more than 550K for this house. Sooner or later either price gonna drop or stay in the same range for 9-10 years. Who can afford rent of +4K in that area.
