Build in public is powerful, but only if you have something worth saying.

Posting every decision before you have real signal just creates noise for you and your audience.

Build with intention first. Share when it's worth their attention.

I've audited dozens of SaaS pages.
Same story every time.

Great product. Real traction. But the page converts less than 2% of traffic - because visitors land and still can't tell why they should care or trust you.
