Install for free, then they get control of the revenue and you no longer own your roof.

Trying to sell your house with third party brings down the value ow your home.

How about sell the unit to the home owner and let them do the math if it’s work it.

As a result, hard work and sacrifice, while feeling empowered or noble, can mislead and even be harmful to self and others.

Bc therapy never gets past the symptoms of dysfunctional beliefs.

Talent and motivation are everywhere. Discipline is what separates the ones who actually make it from the ones who stay “almost there.” In a world full of distractions and easy dopamine, this mindset feels like a cheat code most people never unlock.

- they were savage conservative pioneers kicking as* ready to take over the world - guns blazing, cunning shrewd business - take all and put UT on the map for some of the most aggressive entrepreneurs.

Became filthy rich then turned liberal, i.e., becoming the next San Francisco.

Really… what happened? Were the conservatives fake republicans?

Businesses have flocked to UT in the last 20 years with unprecedented growth. Development has been massive.

Then it just stopped?
Where was UT when NSA, Feds and others brought in their massive data centers?
