@Stagecoach_Ox Why can't the B3 bus Banbury have its own dedicated number of buses.?
This would surely prevent other services causing delays to the B3..

You changed this bus into a B4 service, nothing to do with hot weather. Stop using the weather as an excuse for your defective operation, just run the service as it was before you made changes last year.

It was no operational issue, the 0735 B3 service was changed into the 0750 B4 service.
As for inconvenience, if your tracking and times were correct, I wouldn't have be standing in the blazing sun for half hour.

@Stagecoach_Ox 5 cancellations is not out of your control. One would suggest looking at your scheduling.
At least give me the real reason why these cancellations occurred.
