@janninereid1 I make Venison Bourguignon. You would love it. A lot of people just don't know how to cook it properly. I also make a ChateauBriand with it using the backstrap cut. Deer is usually overcooked on some cuts or undercooked on others.

I would say each one is worth 15.00 at least. @grok can you determine the current market value of the ingredients for the lasagna, add 3 hours of labor, and give us the cost+labor for 2/5 of the full size glass container of lasagna?? Calc labor @ USD15.00/hr
