@chrisandmarkuk Folks can’t get to the shops for many reasons - health, weather (who wants to drive in a storm), so makes sense to build up a reasonable stock over previous weeks, but we don’t need govt to tell us as that starts a panic as they’ve done! Clown Streeting!
