Feeder-3 @SD_Zainakote @kpdcloffice — once counted among the most efficient feeders — is now subjected to nearly six hours of daily power curtailment, while other feeders under the same Sub-Division face minimal or negligible cuts.

Ironically, Feeder-3 was the first in the area to be taken up for smart metering and cabling upgrades, and until recently, power cuts were limited to barely an hour. What explains this sudden and disproportionate spike in curtailment?

Students preparing for examinations, patients at home, domestic consumers and small businesses are bearing the brunt of this inconsistency.

If reforms and compliance result in heavier power cuts for the most upgraded feeder, it raises serious concerns about load management, technical planning, and administrative accountability.
