In Q4 the box office struggled due to massive delays in movies AMC was still able to pull 1.29B in revenue.

In Q1 the revenue was 1.05B while the box office was again slow due to slow releases.

Q2 is significantly larger at just under 3B

My hope for the Q3 earnings are 1.665B+ with an OpEx of 1.3B

With Extra revenue coming from World Cup and merchandise that could push that up even higher!

Congratulations $AMC shareholders! This will be the biggest earnings in our history!

The $AMC end-game, I believe, will be Pentwater and Discovery together defeating $UBS and their short position in #AMC maintained offshore. Possibly in joint force with others going long. That final buy Friday should be large enough to make itself known through a SEC filing…

Ending the second quarter on a bang not a wimper, the Domestic Box Office will be up by around 20% versus the same weekend last year.

The quarter should end at $3 billion industrywide, perhaps a hare under or over, clearly the highest q2 industry numbers since 2019.

Cumulatively, January 1 to June 30, the Domestic Box Office will be up about $600 million year over year.

With a strong July ahead of us, that number will grow even more soon.
