@TrishBrady16 Tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner. The tap the gear = “Setting and Preferences.” Then tap “Information”. At the bottom of the box in the middle (under where it says “Log Out”) it has an option to reset. Hope that helps!

@samuelcwhart I would add 1) late night ER visits. No one there to take you (unless you call an ambulance). I have a single friend in another state who will stay up waiting to make sure I get home ok. 2) coming home to empty place after a work trip.

@fly2ohare OHare- you need to work on better signage. Flying into terminal 5, there were no signs to the bus Shuttle center. Maps weren’t helpful. Employees didn’t know ( stopped 4 people to ask).#ordfail
