Absolutely unacceptable experience with @zomato and @zomatocare today. Their app picked the wrong delivery location, leading to a cancelled order and a full charge, with no delivery. Support was unhelpful and impolite. Deleting the app and sticking with Swiggy. #ZomatoFails
