Abdalla Elrahhal, student at @NHGSST, is the first place winner of the @CongressionalAC. Abdalla's app, titled “SpeedyCPR" assists users in administering CPR via videos and calls 911 in the background. Congratulations!

@NHGSST Zian Zhou, a computational physics student from Tabb HS, won the 2nd place in the Congressional App Challenge. His app, "focUs", is a chrome extension that blocks websites of your choice to help stay productive. Congratulations!

Computational Physics students are coding in Python to locate and determine speed of a geosynchronous satellite. It is a satellite that appears to "hover" over one spot on the Equator.

In computation, loops are important tools to create dynamic programs that can do repetitive calculations. Using nested loops, students are competing in drawing diamond shaped figure. The winning teams are here... Outstanding team work!

Computational Science student Ethan Jacobson received a Xerox Award for Innovation and Technology from the University of Rochester for his high level of achievement in the area of innovation and information technology. Congratulations!

Students analyze and explore projectile motion. As soon as the projectile is shot from the launcher, the target is released. The projectile hits the target as it falls, proving that both objects accelerate downward at the same rate.
