@steelmantra @AskgstQueries If GTA is registered then it is compulsory to issue invoice. Credit will only be eligible basis the invoice and its matching.
@AskgstQueries@askGST_GoI RCM Not applicable. However it is mandatory to mention in invoice that RCM is not applicable if the service recipient wants to claim credit on the basis of invoice.
@SHALAKHANDI@askGST_GoI GST law doesn't allow for revision of any return once filed. Hence return once filed, due to lack of provision return can't be revised.
@saketnewdelhi@askGST_GoI GST in case of GTA service @ forward charges is chargeable @ 12% and under RCM is @ 5%. However credit can be availed in both the cases as a service recipient.
@manchanasantho1 @askGST_GoI@askGSTech@FinMinIndia@arunjaitley U can avail the credit basis the purchase invoice. However on matching of credit in gstr - 2, the supplier will have to upload the details/accept the invoice. Otherwise the credit will be denied to purchaser.
