Bears practice No. 3 just wrapped. Went a full two hours with extended redzone work and a 2MD to end the session.
-Caleb Williams connection with Colston Loveland and Rome Odunze shined today. Back-to-back deep ball receptions in the first 11 on 11. Odunze bobbled a ball and hauled it in with one hand during a move the ball period.
-Williams' first INT of camp came during 7 on 7 by Jaylon Johnson.
-Defense had the upper hand in the first red zone period. Both Austin Booker and Montez Sweat with "sacks" on back-to-back plays. Loveland finished off the drill with a TD.
-2MD to end practice: 1:37 on the clock, beginning at the -39, 10-10 game with 2 timeouts. Drill ends with Williams delivering a 14-yard TD strike to Loveland through traffic.
-No Kyle Monangai for a second straight practice. Salvon Ahmed getting Monangai's reps behind D'Andre Swift.
-Kiran Amegadjie got all the first team reps at LT during team drills.
