For context, what she’s really communicating is more of a reassuring and motivating sentiment to the specific group/community she’s speaking with to understand the power and privilege of being able to vote as legal and tax paying citizens, and how she’s an actual example of success within this democracy. She’s not encouraging them to weaponize their vote for foreign advantages.
