From June 1-June 4, DYA is emailing an official selection notification for 2026 GSYEP. Official communications will originate exclusively from email addresses ending in @dya.guam.gov. All applicants need to monitor the email address indicated on the application.

DYA will accept applications for the childcare component of GSYEP from May 8–15, 2026, M-F, 8am-5pm. Applications must be submitted at the same DYA Center where they were obtained.
DYA in partnership with DPHSS, will offer physical exams and PPD/TB tests for GSYEP childcare applicants 5/2/26, from 8am to 12pm at both the Northern and Southern Region Community Health Centers. This service is GSYEP childcare applicants experiencing insurance coverage issues.

DYA announces the temporary suspension of youth programs at the Håya and Lågu Youth Resource Centers to accommodate the installation of solar panels. During the construction period, both facilities will be closed to the public, with no onsite access.
