🚨 BREAKING: Autopsy just ruled it HOMICIDE.

Gary “Bubba” Blair, 43, died of thirst on the floor of a Chesterfield County, SC jail cell.

Sink water shut off. Floor and walls inches-deep in feces. No mattress. He drank from the toilet.

Inmates pushed chip bags of water through the food slot. Most of it spilled.

A judge ordered mental-health treatment June 3. The state never moved him. He sat 181 days. Dead July 24. 51 days after the court order.

His letter to his dad: “I’ve lost about 90 pounds… I’m starving… I have to drink from my toilet… no help for a white man.”

A letter to a judge never arrived. Wrong address.

Autopsy: profound dehydration from deprivation of water. Heel bed sores. Pneumonia. Toilet water in his system. Family didn’t recognize the body.

Sheriff fired jail administrator Troy Ellerbe 5 days later. Still won’t say why.

Say his name. Gary “Bubba” Blair.

Consumers Energy agreed to close the JH Campbell plant early because the MPSC made a secret deal with them: If Consumers would close the plant early the MPSC would force ratepayers to eat the cost of it, but only if Consumers replaced that base load with solar panels & windmills. We were sold out. And by the way, the reason anyone even talked about early closure was 0bama era rules that purposely made it impossible to meet environmental requirements. This was never about saving money, its all about killing coal.
