A lot has happened since my last post on October 22. Of the two #pallets that I purchased earlier this month, the second (#Vacuumcleaners) pallet I purchased arrived on Oct 30 to my house. The process was seamless,

- They sent me an email with two separate tracking numbers. Via this tracking number you can see everything that is going on with the shipment, including estimated arrival date.
- The logistics were arranged by R.H. Robinson. I'm assuming they subcontract a smaller company to bring the load as each shipment was being handled by smaller carriers.
- Both pallets were due to arrive on Oct 29. However, on Oct 28 I received a call from one of the carriers to let me know that it was going to be delivered on Oct 31 instead. On Oct 29 I was notified by the carrier who had the other pallet that it had already arrived in the South Florida facility and they wanted to schedule the delivery. They asked me if it okay for the pallet to arrive Oct 30 between 9 - 1 pm or I wanted another day & time.
-The pallet arrived around 12 pm on Oct 30 and I couldn't be happier.
-Upon arrival the driver called me to let me know that he was outside, I went out to greet him. My pallet was the only item remaining in his big delivery truck. The rolled it to the lift gate, and with my help it was lowered to the street level.
-Driver then rolled it all the way to inside my garage.
- I signed a receipt form, we chatted for a few minutes and away he drove.

So far I've been able to sort through 5 of the 23 items and they all seem to work perfectly and are in their box with all components. You can tell the vacuums have been used, some more than others but overall they are near brand new condition.
