When you fly, you want the shortest path possible. More stops = more potential for something to go wrong & more delays.
Your alarm system is no different. The further the signal has to travel, the more potential for something to go wrong & the more potential for delays.

Happy 5 year anniversary, Eric! We appreciate all you do!
Alarm companies use the term “central station” to mean their monitoring station….but it has a VERY specific meaning. It means it is UL Listed or FM Approved.
Check out the lawsuit linked below & use a company that is UL Listed and FM Approved!

Happy Two Year Anniversary, Julie! We look forward to many more years of serving along side you.
Jennifer Nelson came to work in the central station on this date in 2013.

Allowing a fire alarm system to remain in trouble puts YOU at risk!
Fire alarm systems should not be allowed to remain in a trouble. The building owner is putting the lives of everyone in their home or business at risk when their fire alarm systems is not operating properly.
A 2nd alarm service clearinghouse has experienced a failure in its ability to process signals.
Up-Link sent a technical bulletin on 4/6/26 stating that their problem started on 4/2. It's affecting the ability to process signals and the alarm company’s access to its web portal.
When your alarm has tripped & the siren is sounding, a calm voice on the other end of the phone helps ease even the most frantic nerves during a high stress situation.
For the last 16 years, James has been that calm voice.
Happy 16th Anniversary, James! We appreciate all you do!
Commercial fire alarm systems require an annual fire inspection by the fire alarm codes & standards.
Trust Guard Tronic to perform these inspections and tests, as well as the maintenance of your system. We’ve been providing fire alarm services for over 66 years.

Rick Brown was Guard Tronic’s 6th employee. We aren’t sure of the exact date he came to work, stone tablets suggest it was in March 1973. Since today is his birthday, it seems appropriate to celebrate both today.
Happy 76th birthday and 53rd work anniversary, Boss!
Are you the customer?
You're not if you're going through a architect, engineer, or contractor.
Remove the fire alarm system from the bid and call us.

Jordon and Meredith Brown, our Fort Smith Regional Manager and Data Entry Manager, have been involved in Fort Smith Night to Shine since its inception.
Just one of the ways Guard Tronic employees give back to the community that gives to us.
Is your alarm company calling you every time the power blips?
If they are calling about your fire alarm system, there is a good chance it is out of compliance.
