Introducing Stash on Solana.
A wallet that hands itself down.
Most ways to pass on a crypto wallet ask you to give something up: a seed phrase in a drawer, a custodian you trust for years, or a vault that holds your funds away from you.
Stash does it differently.
How it works
1. Arm it. You choose your heirs, their shares, and two timers: how long you can stay silent, and a grace
period on top.
2. Check in. Every so often you sign a tiny transaction that restarts the clock. A few thousandths of a cent.
3. Hand down. If you go quiet past both timers, anyone can trigger the payout and your tokens split between
your heirs, exactly as you set it.
Why Solana
Solana token accounts can name a delegate: an address allowed to move up to an amount you set, and nothing else. Stash is that delegate, and it is designed to move nothing until you have been silent for the time you chose.
Your tokens never leave your wallet. You keep spending them as usual. No deposit, no lock, no custodian.
What the design guarantees
- Nothing moves before the switch opens
- Only your signature can arm, check in or disarm
- Shares add up to exactly 100%, no dust
- You can revoke the delegate yourself at any time
- No admin key, no upgrade authority, no fee
Where we are, honestly
The rules engine is written and tested (11 passing tests). The playground, docs and full specification are public.

Design a switch, drag the clock, see who inherits what. It runs in your browser and sends nothing
