@AmericanAir@AmericanAir, my bag is currently in EZE airport, was received by American Airlines yesterday. I need this bag to be delivered in Neuquen province before Jan 7th, when we leave again. No success trying to contact the American staff on EZE again, as always. I need answers
@AmericanAir If your decision makers would went through the same situation that I, and probably other many people, go through, more than half of your staff would be fired the next day. I’m sorry, but that’s the truth

@AmericanAir How do you want me to believe it if they cannot even reach your staff on EZE airport? I’m sorry but my patience is already gone a long time ago. The only thing I want is my bag safely delivered to the address filed on my claim, and soon
@AmericanAir I am working close to them since my bag was delayed more than 5 days. The person in charge of my case already changed 2 times, and it’s almost impossible to reach them when calling. What I just need are answers, and it should not be that difficult to get.
@AmericanAir Now the bag is again in Buenos Aires, for four days already. And my hopes to be delivered on my address in time are close to 0%. It’s been two days that your central baggage staff tries to contact EZE staff without success. Your internal communication system just doesn’t work
@AmericanAir On 12/28, my bag was found in Buenos Aires. And on that day I called maybe a dozen times asking to hold the bag on that airport because I was going to be there on the next day and could take the bag personally. You guys just ignored this claim and sent the bag to Brazil anyway
@AmericanAir Every time they cannot reach your staff, they left a message. However, I never saw any answer to these messages. I need this bag to be delivered on the address listed on the file before I leave the country again and the mess starts all over again.
@AmericanAir I just spent the last 30 minutes talking with your central baggage department in Dallas. They tried to reach American baggage department at Buenos Aires airport, without success. And it has been like this since my first call almost a month ago.
