@bergerbell I enjoy roughly 20 eggs per week, cooked over-easy in butter (usually 4 per serving). I also eat steak weekly along with pork ribs, pork chops, and lots of bacon. Protein and fat are the nutrients I focus on getting enough of daily😉 🍳🥓🥩🍖🍗
