The only problem with this Naval expansion making the Oceans a Chinese Dominated Arena is that China lacks, experience, overseas allies who can accommodate the Chinese Navy, the capability to address littoral weakness of their own, political interference and a series of island chains that need to be subjugated for clear steaming by naval assets. Plus…China lacks the funds to run a true blue water operation continuously. More ships doesn’t mean “more better”!
