BREAKING: Disgraced Trump election attorney Rudy Giuliani is hit with devastating news as NBC News reveals that the judge overseeing the defamation lawsuit brought by Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and her daughter Shaye Moss just “punished” Giuliani in a HUGE way…

NBC reports that the judge just ruled that she “will tell jurors that Giuliani intentionally hid financial documents and other records in defiance of court orders” in order to hide his true net worth.

In today’s blistering ruling, U.S. District Judge Beryl Howell said that the move was necessary given "Giuliani’s continued and flagrant disregard of this Court’s August 30 Order that he produce financial-related documents concerning his personal and his businesses’ past and present assets.”

Adding insult to injury for Giuliani, NBC reports that “this means that jurors deciding how much Giuliani should pay the two Georgia election workers he defamed will be told that they can assume the worst about why the former New York City mayor has failed to turn over the court-ordered records” — and slap Giuliani with a massive, appropriate sum in legal damages.

The judge wrote, “The jury will be instructed that it must, when determining an appropriate sum of compensatory, presumed, and punitive damages, infer that defendant Giuliani was intentionally trying to hide relevant discovery about the Giuliani Businesses’ finances for the purpose of shielding his assets from discovery and artificially deflating his net worth. The defendant and his lawyer will be banned from making any argument, or introducing any evidence, stating or suggesting that he is insolvent, bankrupt, judgment proof, or otherwise unable to defend himself" since he failed to hand over evidence that would back that up.

Even worse for Giuliani, NBC reports that, “Friday's ruling comes as Giuliani faces increased legal and financial problems. He's been charged criminally in the Fulton County racketeering case with Trump and more than a dozen others — and is also being sued by his former lawyers, who allege that he owes them about $1.4 million in unpaid legal fees.“

BREAKING: Trumper Senator Tommy Tuberville is humiliated as the Senate blows past his blockade and votes overwhelmingly to approve Air Force General C.Q. Brown to lead the Joint Chiefs, making him the second Black officer to lead the Military.

The vote was so overwhelming that reporters and experts now expect the Senate to also vote to confirm President Biden’s picks to lead the Army and Marines tomorrow.

Adding insult to injury for Tuberville, Politico reports that “even some Republican senators are now predicting action on a few top nominees could lead to talks that ultimately break the logjam” created by Tuberville, with even Republican Senate Armed Services ranking member Senator Roger Wicker agreeing.

Senate Majority Leader wasted no time putting Tuberville on notice after today’s vote, declaring, “In the end, the Senate will overwhelmingly vote to overcome Senator Tuberville’s blockade of these three nominees… and the abortion policy that Senator Tuberville abhors will remain in place.”

BREAKING: New York Times drops Monday bombshell, reveals that Trump may land a cushy plea deal because the evidence that will be used by Special Counsel Jack Smith at the trial is so top secret that it would endanger national security if it went public.

The New York Times also reported that Trump is likely to threaten to reveal the top secret information at the trial as a way to “pressure” federal prosecutors to drop charges entirely.

The New York Times report continued, declaring that it will be nearly impossible to give Trump a “fair trial” when the evidence against him is so classified that it cannot even be shown to a jury.

BREAKING: Donald Trump’s son Trump Jr. becomes an international embarrassment as over 15,000 Australians sign a devastating letter demanding that he be banned from entering Australia ahead of his planned visit early next month.

But it gets even WORSE for Trump Junior…

Trump Jr. was planning to visit Australia expected on the 11th of July on a trip sponsored by "Turning Point Australia," a group affiliated with “white nationalist” Charlie Kirk's far-right organization "Turning Point USA.”

But now it may not happen at all, and even if he is allowed to enter the country, he has a big surprise in store, because over 15,000 Australians are accusing Trump Jr. of being a “a magnet for far-right and neo-nazi groups” and “a far-right agitator, white supremacist, transphobe, and conspiracy theorist” who “spreads bigotry wherever he goes” — and the Australians are vowing to protest his event “in numbers to send the message that people here reject and despise everything they stand for."

But Australians didn’t stop there.

They also accuse Trump Jr. of being a “proud bigot” who is “famous for his aggressive racist and transphobic campaigning” and “has been attempting to overturn the results of the 2020 election, including the violence on January 6.”

The Australians also declared that they “will not allow” Trump Jr.’s bigotry to “get a foothold in Australia” — and assured that, when Trump Jr. arrives to “fight woke culture,” Australians “plan to show him that there is a serious, large left movement here willing to stand up to bigotry in all its forms."
