Disabled individuals should not have to have a medical episode because of staff being discriminatory. It’s really disappointing as we visit this branch regularly without issues, even the signage outside states assistance dogs

@UKjdspoons please educate your dundee city centre branch, today they’ve refused 2 fully trained assistance dogs because they are not guide dogs for the blind. When attempted to correct staff on the equality act, ect to be told I don’t care by staff. Part 1/2

@ScotRail we are currently on the lner train that’s delayed getting to Edinburgh Waverley.Our train line tickets are for the 7:31pm train to Dundee? What would be recommended if miss this train? Travelling with 2 assistance dogs and have assistance booked for the train to Dundee
