At the IAHWG on the mandate implementation review of #UN80, Ambassador Forner, on behalf of #GAF, welcomed REV1 as a solid basis for discussions and underscored the importance of fully integrating multilingualism throughout the mandate lifecycle and the working methods of the mandate review process.

Multilingualism, with full respect for the six official UN languages and genuine linguistic parity, is essential to ensure inclusiveness, transparency and equal participation of all delegations.
