@Ashley_Jacobs92 @WaddiPark Yes, it would be perfect for the job. The only problem is how much wheeltrack damage you are willing to accept as most weedwipers are 40-60 ft. I do know of an 80-foot in action and 100-foot being built. Unsure if anyone's built a 120-foot.

@Aglime_ Yes, it is the same stocking rate. The only major difference is soil type.

It's interesting seeing soil types playing a part in overwatch affecting serredella. Some areas look fantastic. Others are looking a bit sad, but it is growing through it.

@steven_bolt4 It would eventually grow through but would be white for a while, plus the ryegrass and capeweed would become too dominant, so it will go into wheat and then back to seredella just to be safe.

10 months and roughly 500 mm of rain later overwatch, still affecting seredella while the ryegrass pushes through.

@farmagro1 @MarkPresto85 @kline_ag Spreading a bit of urea or s.o.a In front before the speed tiller would also be very beneficial help stubble breakdown and setup for coming ceral crop.

@FarmerTonyWhite If you want one for hay, then would consider class as the hay mobs love them. (Seen one with +9000hrs at hay plant), but all other brands are ok as long as you've got good dealer back up.

@mdfowler100 @dyerjonathan Plus you have to find people to drive it. 2 new fronts will cost you $500,000 roughly, also only made to 41ft losing 10ft compared to 2x45ft fronts

2nd hand mid hours with front anywhere between: $250,000-$600,000

@burgess_ag @nballard61 Sow seredellas at roughly 5kg/ha roughly $12kg: $65kg. Rough costs of operation $15 spray (operation+chemical) $40/ha to seed. Fert: Rate of 6p- 30n-10k $130 (will obviously vary very rough figures). Total operations roughly: $262 total cost (Figures are not accurate)

@AndrewY87296210 Latches broke that hold the front on broke and she's fallen off. Managed to repair what we can and new front and where away.
