RPS to be more relevant, inclusive, and representative, support pharmacists to take on leadership roles at grassroots, regional and national levels.

Difficult when I’m not working clinically like many others? (A recent change)

Would you see the RC just for registered pharmacists working clinically?

@mike_hannay @tony_schofield @rpharms @YasminKarsan @mikemaguire66 So many of us not directly employed by the NHS leaves credentialing not viable unless financial levers accompany this, which means bursaries beyond just the training costs and financially viable services that mandate credentials

Pharma seem to be excluded from many discussions but have much to offer with their non-promotional arms and collaborative agreements

Quite a few assumptions about what the profession needs at the moment, from too many people too far away from the real world of pharmacy today.
