Context most coverage will skip: Saudi military spending reached $83.2bn in 2025, up 1.4% — but still well below its 2015 peak in real terms.
The Kingdom is not spending more. It is trying to spend differently.
Vision 2030 targets localising 50% of military procurement. That target is what this meeting is about.
