Our system uses existing ponds to collect the runoff water generated. The placement of ponds will be accessed on an individual basis.

The study analyzed the algae's ability to absorb nitrates in a batch process whereas it would have been more ideal for the experiment to use a flow through method. Because our reactor yields a holding time of 20 min we were able to align the data with our scaled model
