Suicide while tragic, isn't a crime and is provided for by the government through MAID.

The black market is primarily supplied by gun smugglers bringing in pistols from the USA. Straw purchasing in Canada is rare because our pistols are registered to RPAL holders.
Maybe you should research this more before attacking me.

@AzarinEvil @joelnoela @gator_gum Wrong yet again. The law applies to all transfers including through inheritance. My RPAL is in good standing. I was informed by the RCMP when I called about this that I was not allowed to transfer them after the order in council was in place.

I'm not dumb. You don't seem to know what you're talking about. Inheritance is a transfer of firearms and the order in council stopped the transfer. Bill C-21 sealed the OIC in law.
