In response to the major safety incident that occurred during your offline event yesterday, KUN Entertainment Task Force, representing fans worldwide, hereby formally submits this serious rights protection statement.

This event was fully organized and managed by your brand, including all security arrangements. However, there was a clear absence of proper security and crowd control, which resulted in unrelated individuals rushing the stage and approaching the artist, causing severe disorder at the venue. This incident was caused by your inadequate preparation and failure to uphold basic safety measures, and has seriously infringed upon the artist’s personal safety and professional rights. More than 30 hours have passed since the incident, yet your brand has still provided no response or resolution plan. The artist continues to face harassment offline, while negative public discourse continues to spread online. Full responsibility lies with your brand.

We hereby raise the following core demands:

2️⃣ Conduct a thorough investigation into the failures, hold the responsible personnel accountable, and release a complete incident review
3️⃣ Fully rectify offline security arrangements by strengthening protection measures, identity verification, and emergency response procedures
4️⃣ Clarify the negative public narratives, hold collaborating parties accountable for inappropriate content, and prevent further spread of harmful influence

We demand a clear commitment to respecting the artist’s personal safety and lawful rights and interests, while taking full responsibility for this incident.

Should your brand continue to evade responsibility or respond perfunctorily, we will continue to pursue accountability and boycott all related brand promotions, firmly defending the artist’s rights and safety boundaries.
