Hawks and Shouto getting a long really well. Todoroki is very quiet and blank faced a lot of the time, and Hawks, naturally being that way himself under all the layers of masking, vibes with it. They spend a lot of their time together just quietly sitting by each other.

Hawks as HPSC president is just constantly telling agents they're doing things wrong. He won't tell them what specifically or how to fix it, just berates them for doing it incorrectly and insisting they fix it. Threatening to fire them if they're not competent enough to manage
