Worst from @cromaretail erode. All the demo phones are provided for around50% in the document but @cromaretail erode giving only 15% for the demo phones. What nonsense is this ?

Extremely irritating service from @cromaretail after raising a complaint. The representative didn’t even try to confirm the price with the store and simply insisted that there was no offer. He kept trying to convince me that the price is decided by the individual store.

If that’s the case, then why was an official/public document released with a clearly mentioned price list? What is the purpose of publishing those prices if stores can simply ignore them?

Customer care just keeps asking me to wait a few more hours, while the shop itself will close in another hour. What exactly is going on? Seriously disappointing service. Worst experience with @STCOURIER2 . Due to urgency asked a person to courier to my location 3 days before. That person itself coming tomorrow but still parcel didn't reach me. Initially they said 1 day it will reach now 3 days we do where is the parcel itself they keep complaining one other.

Very disappointing experience with @HeroMotoCorp Santhosh Motors, Tiruppur. Issues started from day one—delayed vehicle delivery, delays in fixing the number plate despite multiple follow-ups, and poor communication.

Initially, I was told the vehicle would be picked up from home for service, but no one mentioned any pickup fee. Now they’re suddenly asking me to pay for pickup. What kind of customer service is this?

Facing one issue after another right from the beginning. Extremely frustrating and not the experience I expected from @HeroMotoCorp.

Only one person is handling service job cards despite a long queue of vehicles. Had to wait so long just to create the job card—can’t imagine how long the actual service will take.
