The workings of a deity is extremely clear and precise. No roundabouts! I would like to narrate this palpable experience to all of you from the Faridabad Kalibari. It so happened that Delhi & Faridabad was under a deluge on the 7th (a day before the 8th Aug workshop). Difficulty and almost impossibility of travel had already taken the wickets down from the attendance list. I was worried about the event success as there was much at stake. 8 am in the morning of the event as my vehicle turned into the lane of Punjabi Bhavan (the venue of the event), I noticed the entrance mast of the Kalibari written as "Faridabad Kalibari" in Bangla. Saying a silent prayer, wishing a success of the event, I went ahead. I don't have to say much about the event, as you all know, it was a runaway success. While returning I just exclaimed Joy Ma 🌺 🙏 and said thanks to her silently as my vehicle moved forward. The day of course was a whirlwind of activities and I went off to sleep pretty late as we were to leave Faridabad next morning for Mumbai. On waking up, I saw several messages in the group that a couple of participants had forgotten their homa kundas & some utensils. Though we had scanned the entire place before leaving and had taken stock of everything before the handover, one of my team members suggested that we visit the venue once again before we are enroute to the airport. As we entered the lane, the looming gate of the Kalibari beckoned. This time I stopped. I told my friend to go to the venue as I dropped off at the temple. He could then collect me on his way back.
There was some Sunday children activity happening with large frames of Shri Ramakrishna, Ma Sharada and Swami Vivekananda there. I bowed down to the portraits and enquired where the temple was. Someone guided me upstairs. As I started climbing up the floor a chill ran up my spine. I have felt familiar energies before and was sure that this was no thrill but actual sensing of Shakti. As I stood at the locked jaliwala gates of the temple, I folded my hands in prayer. The face behind the gates smiled. I knew I had to give dakshina as it was She who had blessed the event . The pujari brought me to the adjoining Mahadev and we performed a puja there and gave dakshina there. That's when the other pujari opened the gates of the pradhan devata - Ma Kali, and She gave us the darshan of her entire visage. Prasad was given to us. As I sucked at the fruit, I knew that the entire process was only completed now. Jai Ma 🙏
So, one classic question many people ask is what was the sadhana?
Unfortunately that I cannot reveal, but it was around 10 years back.
Older sadhakas from Pune, 40-45 yrs ago had lot of knowledge of what to do to deal with negative energies: especially the kind which introduce venom into people’s lives or take over sadhakas and then use them to produce negativity.
This is why I don’t advise people to just go to old pilgrimage spots unless you have done Sadhana at home first.
One of the classic situations new sadhakas face when they either start a long protective Sadhana like Hanuman Chalisa (or even Sri Vidya/ Bhairava upasna/ Narasimha ) is odd dreams of some weird unknown entities/ negative energies.
I will narrate a personal experience too.
🧵
So, a very few people asking about japa:
The japa of 1.25 lakhs can be completed in around 2 months at 21 malas a day.
It will take around 2 hours for medium length mantras and reasonable umampshu method.
Many think that the Ugra Devata mantras give very quick “results”.
👇🏻
Mostly just repeating any mantra in the way 99.9% people do gives no result other than bit of mental satisfaction.
🧵
Dear all, with much humility in my heart, I wish to inform you all that my Guruji Swami Satha Shivom has given me my spiritual name as "Ma Arunamayi". I personally am extremely happy and I thought that on the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima I should announce this to all of you 🙏. Though I still have to get used to this name, it's not yet seeped in, but it's like getting a fresh lease of life. Happy Guru Purnima to all of you
See… Osho used to call himself Bhagwaan.
But was he remotely close to Bhagwaan status?
Answer is NO.
I mean, that shows that he actually might have realisation and knowledge BUT he lacked the Shakti to become Bhagwaan. Ultimately he died at 58 and he has karmas pending.
Paramatma is Nirgun.
But Devatas exist in Sagun state and they have Shakti to alter the human state.
Some Devatas will do almost anything for their upasaka (sadhaka… not prayer but serious sadhaka)… we call this power ‘swa bhakta paksha patinam).
Next we have to understand
What is a Devata?
This Sanskrit word is from the root ‘Div’… these are beings which ‘SHINE’… now, only if one meditates and actually sees one will one realise that no spirit or anything else will ‘shine’… only the Devata. Higher Devatas have the light of a thousand Suns if you get close enough to them.

Next:
Now the question is ‘how to get close to the Devata?’
Fine… I say that ‘Mantra is verbal incarnation of a Devata’… so by repeating a mantra or stotra, you ‘become’..
Become what?
Become ‘that’.
That is the ‘Devata’ but because your mind does not have capacity to visualise perfectly, your Devata version is somewhat limited.
But still one might be able to achieve lots of impossible things in life.
This above is the first point in rebuttal to Osho who is reborn to enjoy the consequences of his actions.
Second:
Why those places for Pitru shanti- it is Pauranic and is dependent on Sthal Mahatmya … meaning that place has got a significant higher vibration to allow the dead to be going to Pitru LOKA…
Now you will wonder what’s the proof for that?
Ans:
Why did Gautam Buddha choose Gaya for his place of sadhana? He could have gone to so many places… why Gaya? Because at time of Buddha (1800 BCE)… Linga Purana would be something available with scholars and he would have read it and realised that it speaks of Sthana Mahatmya of Gayasur (In Gaya)… THAT is why Buddha chose Gaya to do his sadhana … but before Buddha and after Buddha… the place retains its power which is a Hindu place of extreme power to grant Moksha.
Pranaam and Mahadev.

Devatas will intervene in their devotees’s lives but the necessary discipline and sadhana has to be there.
Money doesn’t play a part here. That Osho is correct.. Devata can’t be bribed with money.
A lot of fatalistic posts on the tl concerning “bhāgya/ prārabhda” overruling anything else; this is the farthest possible stance from traditional hindu thought — which very explicitly revolves around free will.
Niyati itself is influenced by inter-birth karma, and all that the rigidity of karma denotes is the environment and proclivities that you may have been born with. That does not however indicate at all that you do not have the power to influence your future. Both prayers and work yield fruit, albeit requiring discipline, patience, and perseverance.
Both the śāstra and experience stand as pramāṇa for this only, not fatalism.
The reason one sees Ganesh with DMT is because Ganesha is the being who sustains and supports the Ethereal Universe, without his support you are going nowhere in meditation :
Atharvashirsha says:
Tvam Brahmaa Tvam Vissnnus-Tvam
Rudras-Tvam-Indras-Tvam-Agnis-Tvam
Vaayus-Tvam Suuryas-Tvam Candramaas-Tvam
Brahma Bhuur-Bhuvas-Suvar-Om ||6||
That’s why so many people of different religions worship Ganesha in India.
Jisko pata chal gaya, usko pata chal gaya!
Ganapati is one of the most powerful Devatas of the Hindu Pantheon of Deities.
He is so powerful that he can single handedly overturn anything Vipareeta (against) his Bhakta (Swa Bhakta Paksha patinam)…
Why do people fail at sadhana?
Just a brief set of thoughts.
1: Not understanding what you want in the first place.
2: Not understanding one’s own limitations well.
3: Not doing enough sadhana for a period of time.
4: Not repeating sadhana at one place for a period of time.
5: Not understanding that certain things work and many things (mantras and various Tantra procedures) simply DO NOT work. In fact they will never work… it’s not possible.
This above point I saw someone on a SM group complain that his problem increased in intensity after reading xyz. There was a link, so (knowing it because I have prior knowledge about that)… I clicked it and literally that thing had a few pages missing. Best part, most of the so called Tantrikas and experts in the field haven’t even realised it. I only know because I hand wrote those few missing pages from those manuscripts myself having learnt about it in detail in my younger years.
But … that incomplete Tantra text won’t work for most people unless they managed to realise it was incomplete AND got the knowledge to complete that text …
(Some people might ask… why I didn’t help him? Well… I got over that stupidity a long time ago. Never put your hand into something unless you are specifically told and requested hard and long by someone to do so… Besides…. that person is someone’s chela and so when their guru himself doesn’t know it… you are inviting trouble pointing out something like that.
And why disturb one’s own mental peace.
Apart from above, some things are Shiva Keelita.. so how can it work…
6: Going after the wrong thing (or the wrong person) in the first place as your sankalpa.
7: Not being choosy about who you stay with, not being careful about whose hand you eat food from on a regular basis.
This number 7, Sangati and lack of understanding about how you should be careful about food can make your spiritual journey very difficult. Women especially should be careful about number 7.
8: Running from place to place doing micro sadhana at each place for few days at a time.
One thing the mind loves to do… remember it’s basic quality is that of a monkey which likes to go in ten different directions … is to go here and there and somewhere else and do sadhana there for small amounts of time… Will that help?
If you wish to succeed, you have to choose a place, you have to choose a sadhana and you have to remain there for a long time… preferably few years, but at least 48 days at a stretch doing sadhana for that period.
This point 8 is why I see not much point in going to Tirth Yatras… or pilgrimages. Save those pilgrimage places and yourself, unless you can spend that sort of time there .. or you have a place to stay where you won’t be disturbed for the sadhana period.
I hope this small list of points helps genuine sadhakas.
The tantras and ācāryas describe the orgasm as a sparśa of ānanda, but an even greater glimpse into bliss is the mere presence of devī. She is so karuṇāmayī and ānandamayī that not only does she appear right when you remember her, but she exists in music, in embrace, in peace, in chaos, and even in sorrow.
He who chases ānanda solely in the sexual emission experiences only the visarga of spanda, but he whose cetanā {by which we mean here only thought-construct formulation} undergoes chedana {saṃkarṣaṇa}, struck by the arrow of the pulsating citta of her bhairava, experiences far more blissful experience of their spanda, mahāvisarga, in all the aforementioned and infinite more scenarios.
This ever pulsating bliss permeating spanda of deity consciousness is the state of parā, the empress of paramādvaita, and for its awakening within us is the utmost superior goal of the worship of the devatās.
A lot of practitioners of Tantra think that ‘Tantra is power’.
This is an inaccurate interpretation which might not go away even after decades of practice.
Actually, on the contrary, some of the most powerful practices focus inward into becoming Akshobhya (one not perturbed by anything) OR/ AND a deeper understanding of being able to withstand pain and suffering and being able to see these as what they really are.
If this misconception of ‘Tantra is Power’ is not cleared early on, a lot of practitioners tend to act like stupid bullies.
The Devata may give them a long rope but eventually the fall is going to happen because the karma from using Tantra willy nilly is also not to be underestimated.
The wise person uses the practices preferably for positively enhancing life for normal people … using the practices for the sadhaka to allow the body mind breath complex to withstand turbulence of the exterior world and convert it into the calm of the interior self.
When you realise that reaction is to be done only when necessary and even then you might wish to reconsider the response, you will realise that the internal peaceful energy that one will generate is something capable of pervading the environment outside also.
Mahadev!
Gaṇapati regulates the breath that goes in, and vaṭuka that comes out; that is why the former becomes devī’s guardian of the northern direction, and the latter southern. However, hanumān is what stays within the body, the vital force itself; he can alter your health and experience of life. He is a mahāvīra {a highly technical tāntrika term}. He can accomplish what nobody can.
First, I would say that this sadhana is an intense meditative exercise.
Why?
Hanuman being Lord of Vayu is the boss of Prana Shakti and so has capability to make the sadhaka like himself as much as possible in a human body!
It’s also pretty safe. You won’t encounter anyone who gets into problems with just Hanuman chalisa and Brahmacharya.
One will meet so many people whose problems got solved in few anusthanas of Hanuman chalisa (even many here have told of their experiences being saved by this Devata from certain disaster)…
Now… let’s qualify the statement and why?
👇🏻
See, hardly anyone will do back to back 12 …. 40 days anusthana in this day and age with Brahmacharya (for 3-5 years).
Forget 40 days and 12 such anusthanas, it is not easy for most to complete just one anusthana of 40 days of Hanuman chalisa 21 chants daily with that Sankalpa.
But the issue is like this.
Every Devata has likes and dislikes.
Hanuman like Ayyapan is a life long celibate! So the Devata is in that mode. The upasaka must therefore respect that Devata dharma.
Doing concentrated Hanuman upasana as described above WITHOUT Brahmacharya is a sure recipe for all sorts of odd problems.
This intense sadhana is for people who want to have the potential to experience ‘something extraordinary’ without much zhamela.
But I understand that many people won’t have the mindset and want to live a normal life.
For them…. for laukika purposes, one can do maybe 1 anusthana every 6 months of 40 days (having Brahmacharya) and then go back to their normal mode of life. (Or for women 24 day anusthana between period cycles, women especially Indian women are very good at maintaining Brahmacharya with no issues) That’s also ok.
Some people get some divine or other experience in 40 days also.
However one must note that the whole of Hinduism talks of ritual purity ie. during the sadhana you have to have certain rules and regulations (Niyama)…
Otherwise one can stick to Nitya Puja or whatever suits them.
This intense stuff is for sadhakas who wish to transcend the physical body and this is in effect a meditative technique (I repeat….Hanuman being Lord of Vayu has capability to make the sadhaka like himself as much as possible in a human body).
looking at the literature on meditation, it is centred around one pointedness; that one pointedness could be fixation on an object or dissolution of something including one’s own self, both means being irrelevant in themselves;
it is no wonder then that the ancient gatekeepers of ancient wisdom one of which being gaṇapati, has a single tusk — ekadanta, also linking the name as a nyāsa for the private part, the reproductive organ and better, energy’s sole upwards or downwards movement being critical for growth;
another guardian being hanumān {the devatā himself being the living proof of his one-pointed focus on rāma}, lording over vāyu, the propensity of the air element being pervasive and yet, its potentiality indicating taking one to their desired destination with you guessed it — one pointedness;
and yet another guardian being bhairava, having the tenacity to grant one the flow state, free of worries and doubt and in perfect unison with the self of deity consciousness. one pointedness stands again and again as a testament to the primary and pivotal factor for growth.
Lots of people here who promoted Oak tremendously.
One of the above, his posts are still there…. thought that his ‘Vakra’ theory was ‘great’. ;(Vakra Moon that too 🤣🤣😂😂🙏🏽).
Neither of the above knew Sanskrit, none knew Mahabharata, very few even acknowledged that Oak was wrong ….long after that work was completely debunked.
Luckily hamara desh main abhi bhi satya ki keemat hain.
Hence I am grateful to ALL the people here whoever supported me against all odds.
Varna this truth … reality …would still be left on a hard drive on my computer.
